1. All tarot reading services are delivered digitally as personalized email reports. Due to the custom nature of each reading, orders are processed within an estimated timeframe of 12 to 48 hours.
 
2. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully submitted. This email serves as a receipt of purchase and does not indicate that your reading has begun.
 
3. During the processing period, you will receive a second, personalized email confirming that your reading has officially started. From the moment this second confirmation email is sent, the service is considered active and all sales are final and non-refundable.
 
4. Cancellation or refund requests submitted after the reading has begun will not be accepted. We encourage you to carefully review your order details prior to purchase.

5. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
